Theory:
You would think that you could just write your powerpoint file to a DVD and it would just work. We're sorry to report that's not the case. But we're pleased to report that it's not that difficult. This tutorial will show you how to put your powerpoint presentations on to a dvd in 3 easy steps.
Step One - Download the necessary tools
Most powerpoint slideshows have movement and animation. We want to preserve this animation on the dvd. For this we used a product called PP2DVD to grab the slideshow and convert it to a video file. Just 'browse'and select the files should be converted,and press "Next" .
If you want to burn it to dvd without any other high needs,you can press "Next" untill the end .It is very easy to use.
If you want to convert it to a MPEG file,you may pause at the " Output options " and select the " Convert to vido file"
You can set the the menue in the "play mode ". it is the start menu of your dvd,you can use a remote control to control the play mode.

Step Three - Writing the DVD
After the configurations ,you can preview the slides,
and you can record voice or background music when you are preview !
then you'll back to the interface of the last step, then click "Next" to continue with the further settings.
after that , the program will get the burner on your computer.
You can select a valid burner to burn the DVD disc. If there is not a valid burner installed yet, the output formats of the PowerPoint File will be set as CD image file as default. And you can specify the output folder to save the ISO file, and modify the volume label.
